Hear me out! Balsamic vinegar with strawberries. You may have heard about this, and if you haven’t tried it, you really should! It’s the perfect chilled treat for when the weather hots up! And, it couldn’t be simpler with just 2 ingredients! So, with English strawberries currently in full swing, what are you waiting for?
We were lucky enough to taste test some serious balsamic vinegar in Italy – go for one which has minimal ingredients and has aged so it becomes thick if you can, it really does make a difference!
Ingredients
- 500g strawberries
- 5 tsp aged balsamic vinegar
Method
- Blend the strawberries to make a puree
- Drizzle some balsamic vinegar into the mould before topping up with the strawberry puree
- Freeze overnight and enjoy!
