Serves 4
Ingredient
- 1l unsweetened milk of choice e.g. soya, oat, almond, or dairy
- 50g cocoa powder
- 5-6 Medjool dates, pits removed (120g)
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a pan and bring it to a boil before simmering for 25 minutes till the dates soften.
- Blend the dates into the liquid using an emersion blender, or transfer to a blender.
- Enjoy!
